Sant Dalmai participates in the ANALEGS.CAT Operational Group - Analogues of fresh and cooked meat derivatives made with vegetable protein sources from the Catalan primary sector

The ANALEGS.CAT operational group formed by the consortium of companies: SANT DALMAI, as leader, ZYRCULAR PLANT, as a beneficiary member, ACTIVA FOOD-TECH, as a non-beneficiary member, and IRTA, as a technology center.


The main objective of the project is to develop analogues of fresh and cooked meat products, made with local sources of vegetable protein, promoting the "plant based" value chain in Catalan agriculture.
